
IN2Life Personal Training is for women at all stages of life and motherhood. A mother of two boys, Sarah started IN2LifePT over 19 years ago wanting women to feel strong & healthy from the inside out. She does this by providing safe and effective exercises to help post natal abdominal separation & pelvic floor. She is a qualified MumSafe trainer who is Safe Return to Exercise accredited, Pre and Postnatal trained and insured. She works alongside women's health physios and is registered with AusActive. IN2Life Personal Training's 1:1 & women's group fitness sessions include a variety of cardio, resistance and core stability exercises helping our clients to improve tone, strength, fitness and overall well being. We are passionate about helping women build strength and confidence in a supportive fitness community.
